To view an article: Left click on the icon preceeding the reference.

To download an article: Right click, then select "Save Target As".

To print an article: Use the Adobe Acrobat toolbar print button. This button is on the far left of the Adobe Acrobat (lower) toolbar; the print button on the browser (upper) toolbar will not work.
